Q: How much is a day pass?
A: Day passes are just $6 per person and include unlimited access for the entire day.

Q: What’s included with a punch card?
A: A 7-day punch card ($25) lets you visit on multiple days — a great way to save money if you plan to come back often.

Q: How does the family membership work?
A: Our Family Membership ($49/month) covers up to 5 family members. You’ll also get one free guest each visit. Additional

family members can be added for a small fee.

Q: Can I book ReelPlay Center for a private event?
A: Yes! We offer 3 private party packages starting at $200 for 4 hours. Options include karaoke, LED name signs, and even outdoor games in warmer months.

Q: Can we bring our own food and drinks?
A: Absolutely! Outside food and drinks are welcome. You’re free to bring cake, pizza, or whatever fits your celebration.

Q: Do you offer custom events?
A: Yes — we host weddings, graduations, reunions, and even school field trips. If you’ve got a vision, we’ll help make it happen.

🍹 Food & Drinks

Q: Do you serve alcohol?
A: No. ReelPlay is Allegan County’s only sober bar and entertainment venue. Instead, we offer snacks, brats, hot dogs, and our specialty Tea of Time Boba Tea with popping boba.

Q: What’s the ReelBytes menu?
A: Our in-house menu includes hot dogs ($3), brats ($5), snacks, and drinks. Perfect for grabbing a bite while you play.

Q: Where are you located?
A: We’re at 5581 109th Ave, Pullman, MI — right in the heart of Allegan County.

Q: What are your hours?
A: We’re generally open 2 PM – 8:30 PM, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. On Friday and Saturday we don't close until 10pm Event hours may vary, so check our calendar or Facebook page for updates.

Q: Is ReelPlay just for kids?
A: Nope! While families love us, we’re also a nightlife alternative for adults. Think karaoke, concerts, glow parties, and sober bar vibes.

Q: Do you have age restrictions?
A: ReelPlay is all-ages friendly. Kids, teens, and adults are welcome. Certain late-night events may be 18+.

Q: Do you allow re-entry?
A: Yes. Day passes are good for the full day, so you can come and go as you like.
